3. Sanctions & Restricted Jurisdictions Policy

Floe does not permit use of the Services by individuals or entities that are:

  • Subject to U.S. OFAC, UN, EU, or UK sanctions

  • Located in or ordinarily resident in sanctioned jurisdictions (including, but not limited to: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and Russia‑controlled regions)

Use of VPNs or other methods to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.

Floe reserves the right to restrict access to the Interface or Services where required by law or risk management considerations.


4. Disclaimers and Risk Statements

4.1 General Risk Disclosure

Using decentralized finance protocols involves significant risk, including the risk of total loss.

4.2 Smart Contract Risk

Smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities, bugs, or exploits that could result in loss of funds. Audits and testing do not eliminate risk.

4.3 Market & Liquidation Risk

Collateral values may fluctuate rapidly. Positions may be liquidated automatically without notice if thresholds are breached.

The Protocol may rely on third‑party oracles, bridges, or networks that can fail, be manipulated, or experience outages.

DeFi is subject to evolving legal and regulatory frameworks. Future laws or enforcement actions may restrict or prohibit access to the Protocol.

4.6 No Guarantees

Returns are not guaranteed. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4.7 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Securing your private keys

  • Understanding Protocol mechanics

  • Assessing tax and legal consequences

If you do not understand these risks, do not use the Services.
