3. Sanctions & Restricted Jurisdictions Policy
Floe does not permit use of the Services by individuals or entities that are:
Subject to U.S. OFAC, UN, EU, or UK sanctions
Located in or ordinarily resident in sanctioned jurisdictions (including, but not limited to: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and Russia‑controlled regions)
Use of VPNs or other methods to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
Floe reserves the right to restrict access to the Interface or Services where required by law or risk management considerations.
4. Disclaimers and Risk Statements
4.1 General Risk Disclosure
Using decentralized finance protocols involves significant risk, including the risk of total loss.
4.2 Smart Contract Risk
